These terms apply to postmarkclub.com and the free PostmarkClub email list, run by Token Story Labs Ltd, Block D, Tyrellstown Plaza, Dublin 15, D15 K4PY, Ireland ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The Club
The PostmarkClub is a free email list for parents and guardians aged 18+. You must be 18 or over to join. We may change, pause or end the Club or any free content at any time.
2. Free printables
Printables are © Token Story Labs Ltd. You may print them for personal, at-home or classroom use. You may not sell, republish or share the download files or the members' page publicly.
3. Buying books
PostmarkClub books are sold by Amazon. Your purchase, delivery, returns and refunds are covered by Amazon's terms, not ours.
4. Content and links
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it's provided "as is". Links to other sites (such as Amazon) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the free site or printables. Activities are designed for children with adult supervision. Please supervise scissors and small parts.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
